I build custom software and web applications for companies whose work doesn't fit into standard tools. That can be a customer portal, an internal tool, a SaaS product, or the software behind a process that still runs on spreadsheets and email.
I'm all in on AI, so I move fast. I stay careful with the code and with what goes live. I work with companies that have no developer of their own, and with teams that need someone more experienced.

Web apps for your customers, partners or staff. The app runs in the browser, works on a phone, and is built around how your business works.
Internal tools
Tools that replace spreadsheets, copied data and email chains. For example order handling, reports, approvals or a system that connects your other tools.
Customer portals and SaaS
Accounts, teams, permissions, payments and the parts your customers see. If you want to sell the software, I can build it as a SaaS product.
Integrations
Connections to your CRM, accounting, payment provider, booking system or any other tool with an API. Data moves on its own instead of by hand.
AI inside the software
Reports, data extraction, translations or assistants, built into the workflow with checks, so the results can be trusted.

How I work
You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. An idea, access to the repo, a screen recording or a list of problems is enough. I look at what is there, tell you what I would do and what it costs, and then I build it.
I use Claude Code, Codex and my own agent workflows for reading code, planning changes, writing tests, refactoring and debugging. It is not vibe coding. It is senior engineering with a much faster loop.

I stay in control
AI writes a lot of my code. I still make every technical decision, read every change before it ships, and test it. Fast, but meticulous: the speed is only worth something if what goes live is right.
The way you want to work
Some clients want to look at every change before it goes live, others want me to deploy. Some want a weekly call, most prefer written updates. I work well asynchronously, and I still ask the important questions when they come up.
I think like an owner
I still run my own online products. So when I build or fix yours, I think about traffic, conversion, revenue and support as much as about the code, and I tell you when something is not worth building.

Market data, triggers and AI reports
Users define instruments, portfolios and triggers. The software watches market data through APIs and turns changes into AI-generated reports. It has credits, Stripe billing and background jobs.
Rules, pricing and exports
I took over a messy Laravel and Vue configurator for technical products with many variants. I extended the rules for compatibility and pricing and improved the exports for sales and planning.
Reports and certificates inside a large product
A flexible reporting system with filters, configurable columns, exports and background processing, plus certificate workflows. I turned customer conversations into requirements the team could build on.

Questions
Do we need a detailed specification first?
No. A description of the problem and what you do today is enough to start. I ask questions until I understand it.
Which technology do you use?
Most of my client work is Laravel and Vue. I also work with React, Go, Python and Node.js, or with the stack you already have.
Custom software or an existing tool?
If an existing tool does the job, I tell you. Custom software makes sense when the standard tools force you to work around them.
Can you work on software someone else built?
Yes. Many of my projects start with existing code, including code without documentation.
Who owns the software?
You do. The code, the repository and all accounts belong to you.
How do you charge?
Fixed price for a job with a clear outcome, a flat monthly rate for ongoing work, or hourly. Describe what you need and I'll suggest one.
