I'm all in on AI. With Claude Code, Codex and my own agent workflows I move fast, and large projects are no problem for one developer. I stay careful with the code and with everything that goes live.

In many agencies you talk to a very senior person during sales. Once the contract is signed, the work often goes to junior developers. With me there is no hand-off. The person in the sales call is the person who builds your software.

How I work
You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. An idea, access to the repo, a screen recording or a list of problems is enough. I look at what is there, tell you what I would do and what it costs, and then I build it.
I use Claude Code, Codex and my own agent workflows for reading code, planning changes, writing tests, refactoring and debugging. It is not vibe coding. It is senior engineering with a much faster loop.
AI-first, with me in control
Claude Code, Codex and my own agent workflows do much of the typing. I decide what gets built and how, check every change, and test it before it goes live. You get the speed of a team, and one person is responsible for all of it.
I stay in control
AI writes a lot of my code. I still make every technical decision, read every change before it ships, and test it. Fast, but meticulous: the speed is only worth something if what goes live is right.
The way you want to work
Some clients want to look at every change before it goes live, others want me to deploy. Some want a weekly call, most prefer written updates. I work well asynchronously, and I still ask the important questions when they come up.
I think like an owner
I still run my own online products. So when I build or fix yours, I think about traffic, conversion, revenue and support as much as about the code, and I tell you when something is not worth building.

A complete B2B SaaS on Laravel and Vue. It runs many AI agents on queues, uses the Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and xAI APIs, scrapes the web at scale, and bills with credits through Spark and Paddle.
30+ servers, running on its own
A Laravel platform that finds link opportunities, discovers contact details and sends personalised email campaigns. It runs across more than 30 servers and handles millions of opportunities a month without anyone operating it.
Registration, AI matching and QR tickets
Visitor registration, personal day planning, AI-assisted matching of visitors and exhibitors, QR tickets with scanning at the door, and admin tools. It connects to the organiser's existing WordPress site.

Questions
Why hire one developer instead of a software development company?
You get the senior person for the whole project, not only for the sales call. There are no hand-offs, so questions get answered and changes get made faster.
What if the project is too big for one person?
With AI, most projects are not. If yours is, I tell you before we start. Where it makes sense, your own developers or other specialists can work alongside me.
What happens when you are on holiday or ill?
We agree on how that is handled before we start. Your code, the documentation and all access stay with you, so nothing depends on my laptop.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Many of my clients have no developer of their own. I also work with larger companies and with teams that need extra experience.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code, the repository, the servers and the accounts are yours.
How do you charge?
