That only works because I don't quote what I can't deliver. If a project is too open-ended for a fixed price, I say so and suggest the flat rate or hourly work instead.

Does sending the brief cost anything?
No. The brief, my reply and the fixed-price offer are free. You pay only for the build, and only if you accept it.
How detailed does the brief need to be?
A few sentences. If I need more, I ask. Most projects start from an idea, a repo, or a list of problems.
Do you always offer a fixed price?
No. If a project is too open-ended, too risky, or a bad fit for fixed-price work, I say so instead of forcing a bad offer, and suggest a better way to work together.
What if the scope changes?
Then the price changes. You hear about it before the extra work happens, never on the invoice.
Can this include AI?
Yes. AI features, agents, content systems, internal automation, extraction, classification, and assistants are all possible when the use case is concrete.
How fast do you reply?
