How I work
You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. An idea, access to the repo, a screen recording or a list of problems is enough. I look at what is there, tell you what I would do and what it costs, and then I build it.
I use Claude Code, Codex and my own agent workflows for reading code, planning changes, writing tests, refactoring and debugging. It is not vibe coding. It is senior engineering with a much faster loop.

I stay in control
AI writes a lot of my code. I still make every technical decision, read every change before it ships, and test it. Fast, but meticulous: the speed is only worth something if what goes live is right.
The way you want to work
Some clients want to look at every change before it goes live, others want me to deploy. Some want a weekly call, most prefer written updates. I work well asynchronously, and I still ask the important questions when they come up.
I think like an owner
I still run my own online products. So when I build or fix yours, I think about traffic, conversion, revenue and support as much as about the code, and I tell you when something is not worth building.

Rescued, upgraded and translated with AI
A Laravel 5 site with slow pages and an unreliable Salesforce sync. I fixed the bottlenecks, upgraded it to Laravel 11 and PHP 8.3, made the two-way Salesforce sync reliable, and moved it to Hetzner with automatic deployments.
AI translation instead of a failing service
I replaced a slow external translation service with multilingual support built into the site. DeepL does the first translation, and an Anthropic model refines it for context and brand.
Faster site, current platform, more languages
An ongoing retainer for a firm whose website is its main sales channel. I made the site much faster, upgraded the core platform to the current Laravel version and built its multilingual features.

Questions
Can AI write our property descriptions?
It can write a good first draft from your listing data. Your team checks and edits it before it goes live, because a wrong detail in a listing costs trust.
Can you connect our website to Salesforce or another CRM?
Yes. I have fixed and built a two-way Salesforce sync for a property website. Other CRMs work the same way through their APIs.
How good is AI translation for listings?
Good enough for a first version in most languages, and better when a language model adjusts it to your wording. Your team can still change any text.
Can you take over our existing property website?
Yes. Most of my real estate work started as a takeover of a site that was slow, old or hard to change.
Do you only work with Laravel?
Most of my client work is Laravel, and I also work with WordPress and other stacks. I pick what fits the site you already have.
How do you charge?
